ENKA continues to make steady progress on the San Juan Cruise Port Development Project in Puerto Rico, following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) in September 2024.
The scope of work spans several areas, including marine works at the Pan American Piers Wharf, rehabilitation of Pier 4 Wharf and upland works at Pan American Piers 1 and 2, along with the Piers 1-4 Walkway.
Designed to transform the Port of San Juan into a world-class cruise destination, the development focuses on strengthening infrastructure and unlocking the port’s full potential as a premier hub for international cruise tourism.
Scheduled for completion within 24 months, the project is expected to deliver significant economic benefits to the region.
As of September 26, 2025, the project has reached an overall progress of 34.65%.
