ENKA is making substantial progress on the landmark San Juan Cruise Port Development Project in Puerto Rico. The development will modernize the port’s critical infrastructure, optimize operational efficiency, expand its capacity, and reinforce its position as a premier international cruise hub.
The scope of work encompasses marine works at the Pan American Piers Wharf, the rehabilitation of Pier 4 Wharf, and upland works at Pan American Piers 1 and 2. As of September 2026, ENKA has completed the 1,518-foot Pan American West Wharf, bringing overall project progress to 87.83%. All works are expected to be completed prior to the start of the peak cruise season in November 2026.
