ENKA, in line with its sustainability strategy, has adopted the minimization of greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles and construction machinery used in its projects as one of its key objectives. In this regard, the company continuously renews its machinery fleet with environmentally friendly and innovative technologies, increasing the use of low-emission and electric equipment.
Construction machinery & equipment procurement planning is carried out meticulously every year, with priority given to low-emission, fully electric, or hybrid machinery and equipment. As a result of initiatives implemented over the past seven years, low-emission machinery and equipment now constitute 87.5% of the entire fleet. In 2024, a total of 741 low-emission, electric, and hybrid vehicles, and construction machinery & equipment were added to the company’s inventory.
ENKA’s determined and systematic approach significantly reduces the environmental impact of its operations while setting a strong example of sustainability for the industry as a whole.
