ENKA has once again won an Engineering News-Record (ENR) Global Best Project Award for the Kashirskaya Plaza Shopping and Entertainment Center project located in Moscow, Russian Federation. The project took the top honor in the Retail / Mixed-Use Development Category.
On October 2nd, Edison Ballroom NY hosted the ceremony of ENR Global Best Projects Awards 2019, that recognizes the project teams who have designed and built the most extraordinary projects around the world in the past year. The team of ENKA led by Project Manager Ali Orhan came on the stage to receive the award. The ENR awards recognize projects for their safe and innovative solutions to design and building challenges, international teamwork, contribution to industry and the community, as well as quality of design and construction work.
Kashirskaya Plaza, which was developed and put into operation by ENKA TC, is located in the South Administrative District of Moscow. The project has a gross building area of 196.750 m2 and was realized in 2.5 years.
