In January 2024, ENKA proudly earned the recognition as the Critical Risk Management (CRM) Contractor. The core objective of CRM is the elimination of fatalities through an enhanced understanding of critical risks and the implementation of critical controls at the frontline.
All our project leaders have successfully met their CRM targets through by completing Critical Control Verification (CCV), achieving a total of 139 verifications in the field. Each leader has identified a minimum of 2 non-compliances, contributing significantly to the ongoing improvement of the project site. Additionally, all project supervisors have reached their targets for Critical Control Field Verification (CCFV) by completing a total of 706 verifications. Constructive discussions on CRM implementation and observations were conducted during pre-start meetings, leadership in the field meetings, and field interactions. It is also noteworthy that, there are currently zero overdue or open actions for ENKA on the CRM system.
Furthermore, the project reached 1 million person-hours without any Lost-Time Incidents (LTI) as of 13 January 2024. These dual milestones attained during the month once again underscore ENKA’s unwavering commitment to safety.
We extend our congratulations to the project team whose contributions led to these achievements and express our hope that this success will persist until the completion of the project.
