Senimdi Kurylys LLP (SK), a joint venture between ENKA and Bechtel, has been successfully delivering projects to Tengizchevroil (TCO) in the Tengiz oil field since 1993.
The SK culture is uniquely influenced by the many nationalities of its personnel, with backgrounds that feature more than 20 different countries and a variety of cultural beliefs. Given this mix of influences, SK recognizes the importance of aligning the values of staff for the ultimate success of the project.
The SK team prides itself on taking care of its people and transferring skills and work processes to the local Kazakh workforce.
SK is currently in the final completion stages of the Third Generation Project (3GP), which is part of the largest project undertaken in Kazakhstan. The 3GP will assist in building the local communities for the future and enhance Kazakhstan’s economic prosperity.
