ENKA carried out the 1st stage of Bakulev Institute of Cardiology project consisting of design, and turn-key completion of 8 units with a total floor area of 83,000 m2 between 1991-1993. The turn-key project also included the supply and erection of electro-mechanical works.
The 2nd stage of Bakulev Institute of Cardiology project was undertaken by ENKA in 1994 and completed in 1996. The project included design, construction and turn-key completion of the finishing works, and the supply and execution of mechanical, electrical & plumbing works.
