The scope of work of Corinthia Nevskij Palace Hotel project undertaken by ENKA comprised the construction of 3 buildings; New Hotel Building (Building No59), New Office Building (Building No55), refurbishment works in existing Hotel Building (Building No57). Accordingly, the contractual scope of work consisted of design, development documentation, supervision, roofing, concrete and façade work, engineering systems and equipment,testing and commissioning work, including all materials and equipment.
