The Donstroi Office and Administrative Centre project comprised the construction of a class “A” office building, underground and outdoor car park. The building has 41 stories and two underground floors for the car park.
The project undertaken by ENKA in Moscow during 2006-2008, had a construction area of 133,000 m2, out of which 120,000 m2 is above ground level.
