By the end of December 2022, the 3GP Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Installation Works Project undertaken by Senimdi Kurylys LLP (ENKA-Bechtel JV) in Tengiz, Kazakhstan reached 97% completion. A total of 4,030 employees were working on the project, and 5.8 million person-hours of work were carried out without any lost time incident (LTI).
The 3GP is part of TCO’s Future Growth Project (FGP), an integrated project being developed primarily to increase the production capacity of the Tengiz Oil Field by an additional 12 million tons per year (260,000 barrels per day) and its gas production capacity by an additional 27 million m3 per day.
