The Al Medinah Housing project undertaken by ENKA consisted of complete design and turn-key construction of 2,084 villas, related infrastructural works such as roads, sewerage system, potable water and rain water system, land reclamation, irrigation and landscaping. Furthermore, all electrical installation, telephone and TV systems were included in the contract, as well as interior furnishing of the villas.

The design of the houses  was made by ENKA and KUTLUTAŞ including the entire sub and superstructure of the project. The villas, which were designed according to the local requirements and traditions, are formed on the plan as twin buildings with one common axis but in isolated  form surrounded by reinforced concrete walls with double layer of insulation between walls.
